RPPEx connects retirement plan advisory practice owners who are considering a transition with qualified parties who may be interested in acquiring such practices.
RPPEx is an introduction platform only. RPPEx does not facilitate or execute the sale of any business, does not provide business valuations, and does not participate in any transaction between buyers and sellers. RPPEx is not a broker-dealer, investment banker, or M&A advisor.

Information submitted by sellers and buyers is treated as confidential. Contact information and practice details will only be shared between matched parties upon mutual consent through the introduction process. RPPEx does not sell user data to third parties.
Seller listings are currently provided at no cost. Buyer subscription fees, if any, will be flat periodic fees announced prior to implementation. Any introduction fees charged by RPPEx are flat in nature and are not contingent upon the completion, value, or terms of any transaction between parties. All fees are subject to change with prior notice.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. RPPEx MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE.
